摘  要:目的探索研究微量动脉血气分析用于新生儿急危重症的临床效果.方法将本院2019年1月至10月期间收治的急危重症新生儿160例作为观察对象并随机分组,选择桡动脉采血,对照组80例均实施传统血气分析检测,观察组80例均实施微量动脉血气分析检测.对比效果.结果观察组一次穿刺成功率为97.50%,明显超过对照组的87.50%(P<0.05);血液标本合格率为97.50%,明显超过对照组的88.75%(P<0.05).观察组采血时间及检测时间显著少于对照组(P<0.05),其疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论微量动脉血气分析用于新生儿急危重症,可以有效提升一次穿刺成功率及标本合格率高,操作方便,节省时间,提供有价值的诊断依据.Objective To probe on the clinical effects of the application of microarterial blood gas analysis in acute and severe neonatal diseases.Methods 160 cases of the neonates with acute and severe neonatal diseases treated in our hospital between January,2019 and October,2019 were selected as research targets and were randomly divided into the control group(n=80)and the observation group(n=80).The blood collection was completed at the radial artery.The control group received conventional arterial blood gas analysis,while the observation group received microarterial blood gas analysis.A comparison was made between the two groups in clinical effects.Results The success rate of the first puncture for the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group which was 87.50%(P<0.05);and its qualified rate of blood samples was 97.50%which was significandy higher than that of the control group which was 88.75%(P<0.05).The time of blood collection and detection for the observation group was significantly less than that for the control group(P<0.05),and its pain scoring was also significantly lower than that for the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mocroarterial blood gas analysis in acute and severe neonatal diseases can effectively improve the success rate of first puncture and the qualified rate of the specimen.It is convenient to operate,saves time and provides valuable diagnostic basis.
