摘　　要：接种液的质量直接影响五日生化需氧量(BOD5)测定结果的准确性,本文通过对7种接种液的来源及预处理方法进行研究,通过采用稀释接种法测定空白试样和葡萄糖-谷氨酸标准溶液来验证方法的可靠性。The quality of the inoculum directly affects the accuracy of the determination results of biochemical oxygen demand.The source and pretreatment methods of 7 inoculum were studied The reliability of the method was verified by determining the blank sample and the standard solution of glucose-glutamic acid by dilution inoculation method.
