摘　　要：《灵枢·官针》记载的五脏刺法之一—合谷刺,因其刺激量大,通经活络作用强,又可一针透数穴、连数经,穴精力专,既能沟通经络之气,又可调整经络气血,扩大主治范围,使其临床应用不再局限于“肌痹”范畴。总结近10年合谷刺于临床应用中治疗疾病的文献,对其进行综合,旨在了解合谷刺治疗疾病的多样性,提高临床使用率。Triple direction needling, as one of the five internal organs needling of the Lingshu·Official Needling, can not only connect meridian-qi, but also regulate qi and blood of meridians, because of its strong stimulation and strong effect on activating meridians, just with one needle connecting several points and several meridians. The needling can expand the scope of the main treatment, therefore its clinical application is no longer limited to the category of muscle Bi syndrome. This study summarized the literature on the clinical application of triple direction needling in the past ten years, aiming to review the diversity of the diseases treated by this kind of needling and improve its clinical use rate.
