摘 要:白芷中含有多种有效成分,具有多种药理作用,在临床中使用十分广泛,针对近年来白芷化学成分及药理作用的研究进行综述,发现白芷中的主要药效成分为挥发油和香豆素类、生物碱类、多糖类、黄酮类等,目前针对白芷化学成分的研究多集中在挥发油类和香豆素类。现代药理学研究表明,白芷可以作用在机体的多个方面,具有解热、镇痛抗炎、抗肿瘤、抑制病原微生物、美白和抗皮肤氧化、调节中枢神经、改善血液流变、降血糖等多种作用。Angelica dahurica contains many kinds of active ingredients,which has many kinds of pharmacological effects.It is widely used in clinic.According to the review of new chemical components and new pharmacological effects of Angelica dahurica in recent years,it is found that the main active ingredients of Angelica dahurica are volatile oil,coumarin,alkaloids,polysaccharides and flavonoids.The research on chemical components of Angelica dahurica is mainly focused on volatile oil and coumarins.Modern pharmacological researches showed that Angelica dahurica can act on many aspects of the body,such as antipyretic,analgesic and anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,inhibition of pathogenic microorganisms,whitening and anti skin oxidation,regulation of the central nervous system,improvement of hemorheology and reducing blood sugar.
