北京市非物质文化遗产“三皇炮捶拳”的保护与传承研究

摘　　要：因社会的发展和经济全球化,很多优秀的传统文化都消失在了时代的浪潮中,北京市非物质文化遗产“三皇炮捶拳”也因为镖局文化的消失受到了沉重的打击。运用文献资料、田野调查、访谈等研究方法,对“三皇炮捶拳”的发展以及历史的源流和基本内容及价值进行探究,对三皇炮捶拳的保护和传承现状进行分析,找出其中的经验和不足。根据三皇炮捶拳面临人才短缺、传承人老龄化、缺失发展平台以及宣传力度不够等问题,从政府、社会和传承三个方面出发,提出新的和更有利于三皇炮捶拳的发展路径。在三皇炮捶拳的发展过程中,政府对非物质文化遗产的传承应权衡好方向,注重保护的同时,更应该从发展方面多加大力度。利用大众媒体速度快、范围广、影响大的特点宣传优秀传统文化,通过自媒体的方式拓展传承途径,搭建传承平台。With the development of society and the advent of economic globalization,a lot of excellent traditional culture is disappearing in the tide of the times.Beijing municipal intangible cultural heritage“Sanhuang Paochuiquan”received a heavy blow.This paper mainly uses the literature material,field investigation,interview and other research methods,discusses the origin,basic content and value of Sanhuang Paochuiquan,and analyzes the present situation and problems of its protection and inheritance.According to problems such as talent shortage,ageing,lack of development platform and insufficient publicity,we put forward a new and more conducive development path of Sanhuang Paochuiquan from the perspectives of government,society and inheritance.In the process of the development of Sanhuang Paochuiquan,the government should have good guidance in terms of inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,not only paying attention to protect,but also putting more efforts to development.Using speed,wide range and great influence of mass media,we can expand the approaches of inheritance by self-media to establish the inheritance platform.
