基于数据挖掘探讨疫病学说对儿童新型冠状病毒性肺炎的用药启发

摘　　要：本研究通过中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)探讨疫病学说对儿童新型冠状病毒性肺炎的用药启发。收集《温病大成(第一部)》中关于治疗小儿时疫的处方,筛选出适用于现在治疗小儿时疫的完整处方58个,将处方录入中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),运用其集成规则分析、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类分析等功能总结明清医家治疗小儿时疫的理论依据和用药规律。根据统计分析结果得出明清医家治疗小儿时疫的药物频次和药物间关联规则,最终获得核心药物组合16个,提取新方8个。结果表明,儿童新型冠状病毒性肺炎,内因其体稚阳,正气娇弱;外因疫气秽浊,袭人尤甚,触而发之。治疗上,应以固护脾土为前提,攻补兼施;若疫气在表、胃气未败治宜清肺热兼芳香化浊,若疫病已传、损伤阳明则应清热养阴、因势利导。To explore medication regularity for pediatric Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)inspired by TCM Plague Theory through the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5).By collecting the prescriptions for the treatment of pediatric epidemics in Wenbing Dacheng,58 complete prescriptions that are suitable for the treatment of modern pediatric epidemics were screened out,and the prescriptions were entered into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System,the integrated rule analysis,complex system entropy clustering,unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering were used to summarize the theoretical basis and medication laws of doctors in Ming and Qing dynasties in treating pediatric epidemics.According to the results of statistical analysis,the frequency and association rules of medicines for treating pediatric epidemic by doctors in Ming and Qing Dynasties were obtained.Finally,16 core drug combinations were obtained,and 8 new prescriptions were extracted.The results showed that the internal cause of pediatric COVID-19 is its immature Yang and weak vital Qi;the external cause is the epidemic turbidity.Treatment should be based on invigorating spleen,tonifying and eliminating should be both applied;if the epidemic is on superficies and the stomach Qi is not defeated,clearing lung heat and eliminating turbid pathogen with aromatics should be applied.If the epidemic is transmitted into Yangming,nourishing Yin and clearing heat should be applied to improve the occation.
