摘　　要：蓄血证出自《伤寒论》,其主要病机为“瘀热互结下焦”,治疗以清热凉血、活血散瘀为主。通过分析研究近年来的相关文献,发现报道中许多男科病如前列腺炎、前列腺增生、精囊炎、附睾炎等均可见到瘀热互结的病机,而临床研究与实验研究也都显示采用凉血散瘀的治法能取得良好疗效。The blood stasis syndrome comes from Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Its main pathogenesis is“heat and blood stasis coagulated with each other”,and the main treatment is clearing away heat and cooling blood,activating blood and dispersing blood stasis.Through the analysis of the relevant literature in recent years,it is found that many andrology diseases such as prostatitis,prostatic hyperplasia,seminal vesiculitis,epididymitis and so on,can be seen in the pathogenesis of heat and blood stasis,and clinical research and experimental research also show that the treatment method of cooling blood and removing blood stasis can achieve good results.Now the research on the syndrome of blood stasis in andrology is summarized as follows.
