摘 要:目前采用传统方法机械除冰时以配网线路一侧为顺序依次除冰,存在除冰效率低、耗时长问题。为此提出考虑杆塔平衡力的配网线路快速机械除冰次序优化方法。在配网线路杆塔上设置快速报警装置,设计机器人快速除冰结构,除冰机器人接收报警信息后,将杆塔所受不平衡力最小的除冰次序作为最优除冰次序,建立配网线路快速机械除冰次序优化模型。采取隐枚举法建立快速机械除冰次序优化模型,并在模型计算过程中设定约束条件。实验结果表明,在不同覆冰厚度下,该方法的除冰效率最高;与正序除冰及逆序除冰相比,采用该方法对快速机械除冰次序优化,杆塔所受不平衡力明显降低,有效提高了机械除冰的安全性。Aiming at the efficiency and long time for the traditional mechanical deicing method in one side of distribution network as the order of deicing,it proposes the optimization method of fast mechanical deicing sequence for distribution network lines based on the balance force of poles and towers.A fast alarm device is set up on the pole tower of the distribution network line,and a fast deicing structure of the robot is designed.After the deicing robot receives the alarm information,the deicing order with the minimum unbalanced force on the pole tower is taken as the optimal deicing order,and the optimization model of the fast mechanical deicing order of the distribution network line is established.The implicit enumeration method is used to build the optimization model of fast mechanical deicing sequence,and the constraints are set in the process of model calculation.The experimental results show that the deicing efficiency of the method is the highest under different icing thickness.Compared with positive deicing and reverse deicing,this method optimizes the order of rapid mechanical deicing,obviously reduces the unbalanced force on the tower,and effectively improves the safety of mechanical deicing.
