摘  要:目的了解泰安市麻疹发病及免疫状况,为麻疹的监测与防治工作提供依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验和实时荧光定量PCR技术对麻疹疑似病例进行检测,同时进行回顾性分析。结果2013—2018年泰安市共报告1690例麻疹疑似病例,采样率为84.32%,其中麻疹阳性642例,阳性率为45.05%,年平均发病率(1/10万)分别为1.84、0.88、5.10、3.00、0.32、0.30,不同年份麻疹发病率之间的差异有统计学意义(χ^2=28.862,P<0.01)。麻疹发病具有季节性升高的特征,以3~5月高发;各县市区中阳性病例构成前3位分别为新泰市(25.70%)、岱岳区(21.18%)和泰山区(19.78%);8月龄~1岁年龄组阳性病例最多,共162例;麻疹确诊病例中23.21%有免疫史。结论加强监测,提高免疫及其成功率是控制麻疹的关键。Objective:To understand the incidence and immune status of measles in Taian City,and to provide evidence for the monitoring and prevention of measles.Methods:Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and Real-Time PCR were used to detect suspected cases of measles,and retrospective analysis was performed.Results:In 2013-2018,a total of 1690 suspected cases of measles were reported in Taian City,with a sampling rate of 84.32%,of which 642 were positive for measles,the positive rate was 45.05%,and the annual average incidence rate(1/100000)was 1.84,0.88,5.10 respectively.3.00,0.32,0.30,and the difference between the incidence of measles in different years was statistically significant(χ^2=28.862,P<0.01).Conclusion:Strengthening monitoring and improving immunization and its success rate are the key to controlling measles.
