摘　　要：为探讨琼岛杨高枝压条繁殖技术,研究了基质、生根粉、压条日期对琼岛杨高枝压条生根的影响。结果表明:泥心土+新鲜牛粪+椰糠(3:1:1)的混合基质更利于压条生根,1月份压条,涂抹ABT1生根粉可以显著提高压条生根效果,其中涂抹1500mg/L ABT1生根粉的压条生根率达76.67%,生根数为6.07条。In order to explore air layering technique of Populus qiongdaoensis,three factors,including medium,ABT and layer rooting rate were studied for their effects on the rooting performance of P.qiongdaoensis air layered.The results showed that the mix medium which wss Clay subsoil+cow dung+coconut chaff(3:1:1)had higher rooting performance nursed;the most suitable layering date for January;ABT1 rooting powder concentrations had significantly positive effect on rooting,the layers applied with ABT-1 rooting powder of 1500 mg/L produced layering rooting rate was 76.67%and the most roots of 6.07.
