125I粒子植入术联合立体定向引导氩氦靶向冷冻治疗脑胶质瘤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究125I粒子植入术联合立体定向引导氩氦靶向冷冻治疗脑胶质瘤患者的临床效果。方法选取我院86例脑胶质瘤患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组43例和研究组43例。对照组采用立体定向引导氩氦靶向冷冻治疗,于此基础上,研究组联合125I粒子植入术治疗。对比两组治疗效果、术后并发症发生情况,术后随访6个月,统计对比两组复发率。结果研究组治疗总有效率[90.70%(39/43)]高于对照组[69.77%(30/43)](P<0.05);研究组术后并发症总发生率[11.63%(5/43)]低于对照组[34.88%(15/43)](P<0.05);两组均完成随访,无病例脱落,研究组复发率[2.33%(1/43)]低于对照组[18.60%(8/43)](P<0.05)。结论采用125I粒子植入术联合立体定向引导氩氦靶向冷冻治疗脑胶质瘤患者的临床效果显著,且能进一步降低术后并发症发生率,减少复发。Objective To study the clinical effect of125 I particle implantation combined with stereotactic guided argon-helium targeted cryotherapy for patients with glioma.Methods 86 patients with glioma in our hospital were selected and divided into control group(n=43) and study group(n=43) by random number table method. The control group received stereotactic guided argon-helium targeted cryotherapy. Based on this, the study group was combined with125 I particle implantation. The treatment effects and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups, and the follow-up period was 6 months. The recurrence rates of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group [90.70%(39/43)] was higher than that in the control group [69.77%(30/43)](P<0.05);the total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was [11.63%(5/43)] is lower than the control group [34.88%(15/43)](P<0.05);both groups have completed follow-up, no cases have fallen off,and the recurrence rate [2.33%(1/43)] in the study group is lower than the control group [18.60%(8/43)](P<0.05).Conclusion The125 I particle implantation combined with stereotactic guided argon-helium targeted cryotherapy for glioma patients has significant clinical effects, and can further reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and reduce relapse.
