得宝松联合活血生发胶囊治疗重症斑秃疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察得宝松联合活血生发胶囊对重症斑秃的疗效.方法72例重症斑秃患者随机分为观察组(37例)与对照组(35例),观察组采用得宝松肌注联合活血生发胶囊治疗;对照组采用得宝松肌注治疗.应用皮肤镜进行临床观察.治疗结束3个月进行回访,记录复发率.结果观察组和对照组总有效率分别为89.19%和65.71%,复发率分别为21.62%和45.71%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后终毛密度均有改善,且观察组改善度优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者黄点征、黑点征阳性率治疗后均较前减低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者毛干直径治疗后较前改善(P<0.05).结论得宝松联合活血生发胶囊对重症斑秃具有良好疗效.Objective To observe the clinical effect of diprospan combined with Huoxueshengfa capsule on severe alopecia areata.Methods 72 patients with severe alopecia areata were randomly divided into observation group(37 cases),which combined intramuscular injection of diprospan with taking Huoxueshengfa capsule orally,and control group(35 cases),which was only treated with diprospan.The clinical efficacy by demoscopy were observed and the recurrence rate were recorded.Results The overall response rates of the observation group and the control group were 89.19%and 65.71%,and the recurrence rates were 21.62%and 45.71%,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The terminal hair density was improved in both groups after treatment,and the improvement degree in the observation group was better(P<0.05).The positive rates of yellow dots and black dots in both groups were lower after treatment,and the observation group had better improvement degree(P<0.05).After treatment,the hair stem diameter of the two groups was improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Diprospan combined with Huoxueshengfa capsule is effective in treating severe alopecia areata.
