针刺扶突穴治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺扶突穴对原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效.方法将符合三叉神经痛诊断标准的患者64例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各32例,对照组取穴:太溪、内庭、足临泣、合谷、外关、腕骨及头部和面部常规穴位.观察组取对照组相同穴位和针刺方法外,再增加扶突穴.针刺方法面部穴位以0.20×5Mm毫针针刺,其他部位以0.25×40mm毫针针刺,留针40min,1次2d,10次为1个疗程,共3个疗程,疗程结束后作疗效评价,疗效评价采用疼痛视觉模拟量表进行评分.结果治疗后,两组患者VAS评分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组差异有统计学意义.观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论用针刺治疗原发性三叉神经痛的常规疗法,再增加扶突穴后,具有提升疗效,缓解疼痛的作用.Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at Futu point on primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods 64 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and 32 cases in each group.The control group selected points:Taixi,Neiting,Lingqi of foot,Hegu,Waiguan,carpal bone,and conventional points of head and face.The observation group took the same acupuncture points and acupuncture methods as the control group,and added Futu points.Acupuncture method:facial acupuncture points were acupuncture with 0.20×25mm filiform needles,other parts were acupuncture with 0.25×40mm filiform needles.All needles were retained in patient body for 40min,once time every other day,10 times treatment as a course of treatment,and continue treat 3 courses of treatment.The curative effect were evaluated after the course of treatment,and that was scored by pain visual analogue scale.Results There were 30 cases in the observation group and same number in the control group.4 cases lost follow-up.VAS scores in both groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05)after treatment.There was a big difference in pain scores between the observation group and the control group.The observation group was good than the control group.Compared with the effective rate,the effective number distribution between the two groups(P<0.05)had significant meaning,indicated that the curative effect of the observation group was more effective than opposite group.Conclusion The routine treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia with acupuncture and the addition of Futu point have the effects of improving the curative effect and reducing the pain.
