摘  要:目的建立甘草提取物甘草素的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法对甘草提取物中的主要成分甘草素进行定量分析。色谱柱为YMC-Pack ODS-A C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);以0.1%磷酸水(A)-乙腈(B)为流动相,等度洗脱,流速1mL·min^-1,柱温30℃,进样量10μL,检测波长280nm。结果甘草素在5.02~104μg·mL^-1浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,y=28944X-132953,R2=0.9997,平均回收率为99.99%,RSD为0.23%。结论本法准确可靠、专属性强,结果稳定,重复性好,可用于甘草提取物中甘草素的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining the content of licorice extract glycyrrhizin.METHODS The main component of glycyrrhizin in licorice extract was quantitatively analyzed by HPLC.HPLC column was YMC-Pack ODS-A C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm).The mobile phase was 0.1% phosphoric acid water(A)-acetonitrile(B),and isocratic elution with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1.The sample size was 10μL,and column temperature was 30℃.The detection wavelength was 280 nm.RESULTS Glycyrrhizin was linear in the range of 5.02~104μg·mL^-1,y=28944 X-132953,R2=0.9997.The average recovery was 99.99%,RSD was 0.23%.CONCLUSION The method is accurate,reliable and specific.The results are stable with good repeatability.It can be usead for the determine of of licorice extract glycyrrhizin.
