摘　　要：目的建立7批化妆品的微生物检查方法。方法采用平皿法、薄膜过滤法对7批化妆品进行微生物方法学研究。结果银杏去屑柔顺洗发露、首乌营养黑亮洗发露、金银花祛痘细肤洗面奶、男士冰爽醒肤洁面膏、美白补水精华霜、美白面膜、美白保湿精华液面膜菌落总数检测方法分别为薄膜过滤法(300mL/膜)、薄膜过滤法(500mL/膜)、平皿法(1mL/皿)、薄膜过滤法(300mL/膜)、平皿法(1mL/皿)、平皿法(1mL/皿)、平皿法(1mL/皿);霉菌和酵母菌总数的检测方法分别为平皿法(0.2mL/皿)、平皿法(0.2mL/皿)、平皿法(1mL/皿)、平皿法(0.1mL/皿)、平皿法(1mL/皿)、平皿法(1mL/皿)、平皿法(1mL/皿);银杏去屑柔顺洗发露、首乌营养黑亮洗发露、金银花祛痘细肤洗面奶、男士冰爽醒肤洁面膏采用培养基稀释法(50mL/管)进行耐热大肠菌群的检查;其余均采用常规法进行控制菌检查。结论建立了7批化妆品的微生物检查方法。OBJECTIVE To establish microbial test methodology for 7 batches of cosmetics.METHODS Plate method and membrane filtration method were adopted in the study.RESULTS Bacterial count of ginkgo removing-chip nourishing shampoo,polygonum capitatum nutrition shampoo,honeysuckle anti-acne facial milk cleanser,man′s icy facial milk cleanser,whitening water supplement essence cream,whitening mask,whitening-and-moisture retention essence mask were tested by the method of membrane filtration method(300 mL/membrane),membrane filtration method(500 mL/membrane),plate method(1 mL/dish),membrane filtration method(300 mL/membrane),plate method(1 mL/dish),plate method(1 mL/dish),plate method(1 mL/dish) respectively.Yeast andmold count were tested by the method of plate method(0.2 mL/dish),plate method(0.2 mL/dish),plate method(1 mL/dish),plate method(0.1 mL/dish),plate method(1 mL/dish),plate method(1 mL/dish),plate method(1 mL/dish) respectively.Thermotolerant Coliform Bacteria were tested by the method of medium diluting method(50 mL/vessel) in removing-chip nourishing shampoo,polygonum capitatum nutrition shampoo,honeysuckle anti-acne facial milk cleanser,icy facial milk cleanser for man,the others were tested by the routine method in all control bacteria.CONCLUSION The microbial test methodology for 7 batches of cosmetics was established.
