摘　　要：目的考察山东市售山豆根饮片质量。方法依据《中国药典》2015年版一部,考察了49批山豆根饮片的性状、薄层色谱、水分、总灰分、浸出物、含量测定等项目。结果 49批样品中,共有12批次样品不合格,其中总灰分不符合规定4批,浸出物不符合规定10批,性状、薄层色谱、含量测定不符合规定的有12批,总不合格率24.5%。结论市售山豆根饮片不合格率较高,掺伪现象严重,急需加强对中药饮片市场的监管力度。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the quality of processed Sophorae Tonkinensis in Shandong market.METHODS The 49 batches of processed Sophorae Tonkinensis were tested by characteristic determination,TLC,water,ashes,extractives,content determination according to Chinese Pharmacopoiea(2015).RESULTS Among the 49 batches of tested samples,12 batches were determined to not meet the pharmaceutical standard,4 batches were unqualified standard result of ashes,10 batches were unqualified standard result of extractives,12 batches were unqualified standard result of characteristic determination,TLC and content determination.The unqualified sample rate was 24.5%.CONCLUSION The unqualified sample rate of processed Sophorae Tonkinensis was high in Shandong market.The adulterant phenomenon was serious.Drug administration should strengthen the supervison over Chinese medicine decotion pieces.
