盐酸氨溴索与不同pH值复方氯化钠的配伍研究

摘　　要：目的研究盐酸氨溴索与不同pH值复方氯化钠注射液之间的配伍稳定性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法配制6种不同pH的复方氯化钠注射液,分别与盐酸氨溴索进行配伍,从澄清度、不溶性微粒等方面考察不同pH梯度配伍液的稳定性。结果盐酸氨溴索注射剂与pH高于6.3的复方氯化钠注射液配伍后,配伍液的澄清度、不溶性微粒随着pH的增大而改变加快,甚至出现白色结晶,配伍溶液出现不稳定。结论盐酸氨溴索的注射剂型应尽量避免与复方氯化钠注射液配伍,以避免产生不溶性的游离碱,并推荐使用pH小于6.3的葡萄糖注射液(3.2~5.5)作为溶媒。OBJECTIVE To Study the compatible stability of ambroxol hydrochloride mixing with the different pH value of compound sodium chloride injection and to provide reference for clinical medication.METHODS Mix ambroxol hydrochloride with the different pH value of compound sodium chloride injection and observe the changes of the mixture in appearance and the insoluble particles.RESULTS When ambroxol hydrochloride mixed with the compound sodium chloride injection which pH Value was greater than 6.3,the clarity and the insoluble particles of the mixture changed obviously with rising of pH.CONCLUSION Ambroxol hydrochloride is not compatible with the compound sodium chloride injection which pH Value is greater than 6.3.
