摘　　要：早期复极(Early repolarization,ER)是心电复极异常的一种表现,早先认为这是一种良性的心电图表现。但近年来多项研究已经证明ER与某些恶性心律失常有着密切的关系。因此,认识和了解ER的发生和特点,尽早识别高危人群,积极采取有效的治疗措施,对改善ER患者预后有着重要的意义。现针对早期复极归纳其研究成果并结合最新研究进展做一综述。Early repolarization(ER)is a sign of abnormal cardiac repolarization,previously is regarded as a benign electrocardiogram finding.However,in recent years,many studies have proved that ER is closely related to some malignant arrhythmias.Therefore,it is of great significance to understand the occurrence and characteristics of ER,identify high-risk groups as early as possible,and take effective treatment measures to improve the prognosis of ER patients.This paper summarizes the research results of early repolarization and the latest research progress.
