摘　　要：目的探讨本院第一梯队抗击新型冠状病毒感染肺炎的护理人员的心理状态,分析影响原因及给予对策。方法采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、一般健康问卷(GHQ-12)、心理健康自评问卷(SRQ-20)对本院39名第一梯队抗击新型冠状病毒感染肺炎的护理人员进行问卷调查和分析。结果第一梯队护理人员中存在焦虑和抑郁情绪分别为占20.5%和84.6%,一般健康问卷(GHQ-12)、心理健康自评问卷(SRQ-20)阳性率均为15.4%。结论第一梯队抗击新型冠状病毒感染肺炎的护理人员存在焦虑和抑郁情绪等心理问题,应给予高度重视并给予心理调适。Objective To analyze the psychological state of nurses of our hospital who are in the fight against the COVID-19 in the first echelon,and to analyze the influence factors and put forward relative countermeasures.Method The psychological state of 39 nurses of our hospital who were in the fight against the COVID-19 in the first echelon were investigated and analyzed with Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),General Health Questionnaire-12(GHQ-12),and Self-Reporting Questionnaire-20(SRQ-20).Results Nurses in the first echelon who suffered from anxiety and depression accounted for 20.5%and 84.6%of all respectively.And the positive rates of GHQ-12 and SRQ-20 were both 15.4%.Conclusion We should pay more attention and give psychological counseling to the nurses who are in the fight against the COVID-19 in the first echelon and suffer from psychological problems including anxiety,depression,and so on.
