腕踝针联合穴位注射治疗顽固性呃逆的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨腕踝针联合盐酸甲氧氯普胺注射液穴位注射治疗顽固性呃逆的效果。方法选取本院收治的顽固性呃逆患者66例,采用随机分组法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组为33例。在使用西医治疗的基础上,对照组给予盐酸甲氧氯普胺注射液穴位注射治疗顽固性呃逆,观察组给予盐酸甲氧氯普胺注射液穴位注射及腕踝针治疗顽固性呃逆,对比对照组与观察组的效果,呃逆起效时间、缓解的时间、疗效的维持时间。结果观察组的总有效率(93.3%),呃逆起效时间(12.80±2.01)min、缓解时间(4.90±1.09)min及疗效的维持时间(6.50±1.36)h均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腕踝针联合穴位注射治疗顽固性呃逆,可以有效地减少患者呃逆的时间,降低发生的频率。Objective To investigate the effect of wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with acupoint injection with metoclopramide hydrochloride injection on refractory hiccups.Methods Sixty-six patients with refractory hiccups admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 33 cases in each group.On the basis of western medicine treatment,the control group was given acupoint injection with metoclopramide hydrochloride injection to treat refractory hiccups,and the observation group was given acupoint injection with metoclopramide hydrochloride injection and wrist and ankle acupuncture to treat refractory hiccups.The clinical effect,hiccup onset time,remission time,and effect maintenance time were compared between the control group and the observation group.Result The total effective rate(93.3%),hiccup onset time[(12.80±2.01)min],remission time[(4.90±1.09)min],and duration of efficacy[(6.50±1.36)h]in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with acupoint injection can effectively reduce the duration and frequency of hiccups in the treatment of refractory hiccups.
