健脾化湿解毒方联合奥平栓治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染合并宫颈炎患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨健脾化湿解毒方联合奥平栓治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染合并宫颈炎患者的临床疗效。方法选择2016年4月至2019年3月在本院治疗的77例高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染合并宫颈炎患者,随机分为观察组38例和对照组39例。对照组给予奥平栓治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予健脾化湿解毒方治疗。比较两组治疗前后临床症状及HPV-DNA转阴率、免疫功能和炎症因子相关指标。结果观察组患者治疗后总有效率为94.74%,高于对照组的76.92%(P<0.05);观察组转阴率为92.11%,高于对照组的71.79%(P<0.05);观察组白带量改善率为94.74%,高于对照组的76.92%(P<0.05);观察组白带脓性改善率为97.37%,高于对照组白带脓性改善率为79.49%(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组CD3+水平为(59.12±7.97)%、CD4+水平为(28.89±5.18)%、CD8+水平为(27.16±4.22)%,均高于对照组[CD3+水平为(55.12±7.41)%、CD4+水平为(25.75±4.91)%、CD8+水平为(24.68±4.58)%],均P<0.05,且各组均高于治疗前水平。治疗后观察组TNF-α水平为(16.16±3.31)pg/ml、IL-6水平为(21.88±3.33)pg/ml、hs-CRP水平为(2.16±0.32)mg/L,均低于对照组[TNF-α水平为(20.12±3.26)pg/ml、IL-6水平为(26.52±3.37 pg/ml)、hs-CRP水平为(3.68±0.28)mg/L],均P<0.05,且各组均低于治疗前水平。结论健脾化湿解毒方联合奥平栓治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染合并宫颈炎,治疗效果极佳,在临床治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染合并宫颈炎中具有参考价值。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Huashi Jiedu Decoction combined with opin suppository for patients with high risk HPV infection and cervicitis.Methods A total of 77 high-risk HPV infection patients with cervicitis treated in our hospital from April,2016 to March,2019 were randomly divided into an observation group(38 cases)and a control group(39 cases).The control group was treated with opin suppository,and the observation group with Jianpi Huashi Jiedu Decoction and opin suppository.The clinical symptoms,HPV-DNA negative rate,and indicators related to immune function and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between these two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(94.74%vs.76.92%,P<0.05).The negative conversion rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(92.11%vs.71.79%,P<0.05).The improvement rate of leucorrhea volume in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(94.74%vs.76.92%,P<0.05).The improvement rate of purulence in the leucorrhea of the observation group was higher than that in the control group(97.37%vs.79.49%,P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,and CD8+were higher in the observation group than in the control group[(59.12±7.97)%vs.(55.12±7.41)%,(28.89±5.18)%vs.(25.75±4.91)%,and(27.16±4.22)%vs.(24.68±4.58)%;all P<0.05)],and were higher than those before the treatment in both groups.After the treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,and hs-CRP were lower lower in the observation group than in the control group[(16.16±3.31)pg/ml vs.(20.12±3.26)pg/ml,(21.88±3.33)pg/ml vs.(26.52±3.37)pg/ml,and(2.16±0.32)mg/ml vs.(3.68±0.28)mg/ml;all P<0.05],and were lower than those before the treatment in both groups.Conclusion Jianpi Huashi Jiedu Decoction combined with opin suppository in the treatment of cervical high-risk HPV infection and cervicitis has excellent therapeutic effect and has clinical reference value.
