产后生化汤促足月分娩后子宫复旧的临床研究及对产妇QOL评分的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨产后生化汤促足月分娩后子宫复旧的临床效果及对产妇QOL评分的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月本院收治的足月分娩后产妇68例,随机分为两组,对照组患者应用常规方式,研究组患者应用产后生化汤进行调治。结果研究组第1 d、第2 d、第5 d子宫收缩情况为(8.6±1.3)cm、(5.2±0.8)cm、(3.5±0.1)cm,快于对照组的(11.3±1.5)cm、(9.5±1.2)cm、(5.1±0.9)cm(均P<0.05);研究组血性恶露持续时间为2周以上概率为5.9%、1~2周概率为20.6%,少于对照组的11.8%、32.4%(均P<0.05),研究组血性恶露持续时间为1周以内概率为73.5%,高于对照组的55.9%(P<0.05);研究组QOL评分中认知功能、角色功能、躯体功能、社会功能分数为(84.6±5.1)分、(76.5±3.4)分、(75.3±4.1)分、(79.6±4.6)分,高于对照组(70.3±4.9)分、(61.9±3.8)分、(64.3±3.5)分、(64.2±2.7)分(均P<0.05)。结论促足月分娩后进行子宫复旧过程当中,产后生化汤能够使子宫收缩时间有效减少,同时将血性恶露持续时间减少,将产妇的QOL评分进行有效提升,临床值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of postpartum Shenghua Decoction on uterine involution after full-term delivery and maternal QOL score.Methods 68 women after full-term delivery treated at our hospital from March,2018 to March,2019 were randomly divided into a control group and s study group.The control group was routinely treated,and the study group was treated with Shenghua Decoction.Results On day 1,2,and 5,the uterine contraction distances were(8.6±1.3)cm,(5.2±0.8)cm,and(3.5±0.1)cm in the study group,and were(11.3±1.5)cm.(9.5±1.2)cm,and(5.1±0.9)cm in the control group(all P<0.05).The probabilities of duration of bloody lochia more than 2 weeks and 1-2 weeks were 5.9%and 20.6%in the study group,and were 11.8%and 32.4%in the control group.The probability of duration of bloody lochia less than 1 week was 73.5%in the study group,and was 55.9%in the control group(P<0.05).The QOL scores of cognitive,role,physical,and social functions were(84.6±5.1),(76.5±3.4),(75.3±4.1),and(79.6±4.6)in the study group,and were(70.3±4.9),(61.9±3.8),(64.3±3.5),and(64.2±2.7)in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of uterine involution after full-term delivery,postpartum Shenghua Decoction can effectively reduce the uterine contraction time and the duration of bloody lochia,and effectively improve the maternal QOL scores,so it is worthy of popularization and application.
