摘  要:气流床气化炉采用液态排渣,高熔点煤灰不能满足排渣要求,煤灰的结渣问题和灰熔融性有很大关系。为研究CaO对煤灰熔融特性的影响规律,在煤灰中添加不同比例的CaO并对灰熔融温度进行测试。使用扫描电镜能谱仪对试样进行元素组成分析和微观形貌观察,使用X-射线粉末衍射仪分析灰样中矿物质变化。结果表明,随着CaO添加比例的增大,煤灰熔融温度先降低后增高。CaO添加比例从0增加到30%时,高温下高熔点的钙长石含量降低,生成大量低熔点的钙铁榴石,灰熔融温度逐渐降低。CaO添加比例继续增加,高熔点的硅钙石含量增多,灰熔融温度逐渐升高。对本研究煤种,CaO添加比例为30%时,降低灰熔融温度效果最好。The slag discharge method of fluidized bed gasifier is slag tapping.coal ash with high melting point can not satisfy the requirements of slag discharge.The slagging problem of coal ash is closely related to the fusibility of coal ash.In order to study effect of CaO in coal on the ash fusibility,different proportions of CaO were added to coal ash and fusion temperatures(AFTs)were measured.The element composition and micro-morphology of the sample were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray powder diffractometer.The minerals'composition of coal ash samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction.The results show that the AFTs drop first and rise later with the increase of CaO content.When the ratio of CaO increase from 0 to 30%,The anorthite with high melting point reduced in ash,and a large quantity of andradite with low melting point was generated in ash at high temperature,the AFTs decrease gradually.When the ratio of CaO was increased,the ratio of rankinite increased,the AFTs was increased gradually.When the ratio of CaO reached to 30%,the ash fusion temperatures could be reduced the most.
