摘 要:安全生产是供热企业生存发展的根本。根据供热系统的运行特征、工艺特点,采用JHA方法针对供热系统中的3个关键环节热源(锅炉房)、换热站和热网中的各操作节点开展危险源辨识,分析产生危害的原因和可能造成的后果,探讨供热行业进行较为系统的危险源辨识的途径,以期降低供热企业安全事故风险。通过辨识,确定了供热系统各作业环节可能存在的危险源,明确了各危险源的代码及名称,指出了各危险源可能造成的事故和伤害,为供热企业开展危险源辨识提供了指导。Safety production is the basis of the survival and development of heating enterprises.According to the operation characteristics and technological characteristics of the heating system,this paper uses JHA method to identify the hazard sources in the three key links of the heating system,namely,the heat source(boiler room),the heat exchange station and the operating nodes of the heating network.The causes and possible consequences of the hazards are analyzed,and the systematic hazards in the heating industry are discussed.The way to identify the risk source is to reduce the risk of safety accidents in heating enterprises.Through identification,the possible hazard sources in each operation link of heating system are determined,the code and name of each hazard source are defined,the possible accidents and injuries caused by each hazard source are pointed out,which provides guidance for the identification of hazard sources in heating enterprises.
