摘 要:随着国家对清洁能源的需求不断提高,压缩天然气(CNG)作为一种清洁能源越来越多的使用在各类车辆中,钢瓶作为CNG的载体,由于其复杂的使用环境极易出现裂纹等严重影响气瓶安全使用的缺陷。通过丰富的车用压缩天然气钢瓶检验实践,从理论分析和实验研究等方面,探究超声波斜探头检测的关键技术条件,确定最优选择。结果表明采用小晶片探头和化学浆糊的组合对于车用压缩天然气钢瓶的裂纹类缺陷具有最高的检出率。As the country's demand for clean energy continues to increase,compressed natural gas(CNG)is increasingly used as a clean energy source in various types of vehicles.As a carrier of CNG,steel cylinders are prone to cracks and other defects that seriously affect the safe use of gas cylinders due to their complex use environment.Through abundant inspection practice of compressed natural gas cylinders for automobiles,from the aspects of theoretical analysis and experimental research,the key technical conditions of ultrasonic oblique probe detection are explored to determine the optimal choice.The results show that the combination of small chip probe and chemical paste has the highest detection rate of crack-like defects in automotive CNG cylinders.
