下肢缺血性疾病介入治疗的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的针对下肢缺血性疾病患者开展介入治疗的疗效进行总结与分析。方法回顾性选取86例患者等分为Z组与X组,Z组应用常规治疗,X组应用介入治疗,观察两组患者的手术出血量与手术时间、住院时间等指标,记录两组患者在术后7 d、30 d与180 d的ABI踝肱指数,进行总结与对比。结果无论是在手术出血量还是手术时间、住院时间中,X组患者均低于Z组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时在不同阶段的ABI踝肱指数对比下,X组要比Z组更为优异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于下肢缺血性疾病患者应用介入治疗手段进行治疗,具有更为优异的治疗质量与临床应用价值。Objective To sum up and analyze the curative effect of interventional therapy for patients with lower limb ischemic disease.Methods 86 patients were selected to be divided into Z group and X group,group Z was treated with routine treatment,X group was used for interventional therapy,and the operative blood loss and operative time,hospital stay time and other indexes of the two groups were observed,and the ABI ankle-brachial index of the two groups at 7 d,30 d and 180 d after operation was recorded.Make a summary and comparison.Results The number of patients in the X group was lower than that of the Z group,and there was significant difference and statistical significance(P<0.05),at the same time in different stages.In the comparison of the brachial index of the ABI,the X-group was more excellent than that of the Z group,and it was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of interventional therapy to the patients with lower limb ischemic disease often has more excellent treatment quality and clinical application value.
