循证护理在冠心病介入治疗的临床应用效果及心理状态分析

摘　　要：目的分析循证护理在冠心病介入治疗的临床应用效果及心理状态分析。方法选择本院2018年6月-2019年6月收治107例冠心病介入治疗患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组53例给予常规护理,研究组54例在常规护理基础上实施循证护理,对两组应用效果及心理状态进行比较。结果研究组SAS(42.30±3.75)分及SDS(41.94±4.63)分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组腹胀、腰痛及尿潴留发生率为3.70%,明显比对照组16.98%低(P<0.05);研究组患者满意度为96.30%,比对照组83.01%高(P<0.05)。结论将循证护理应用于冠心病介入治疗中,可减轻患者不良心态,降低并发症发生,有效提高患者护理满意度,临床上值得推广使用。Objective To analyze the clinical application effect and psychological state of evidence-based nursing in interventional therapy for coronary heart disease.Methods The 107 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent interventional therapy from June 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled in the hospital.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table.53 patients in the control group received routine nursing care,and 54 patients in the study group were implemented evidence-based nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Then compared the effects and psychological status of the two groups.Results The SAS(42.30±3.75)and SDS(41.94±4.63)scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of abdominal distension,low back pain and urinary retention in the study group was 3.70%,which was significantly lower than the control group(16.98%)(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the study group was 96.30%,which was higher than the control group(83.01%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing in the interventional treatment of coronary heart disease could reduce the patient's bad mentality,reduce the occurrence of complications,and effectively improve the patient's nursing satisfaction,which was worthy of popularization and clinical use.
