摘 要:目的通过电话与报警者联系,探讨电话联系在院前急救中的作用。方法将院前急救患者随机分为两组,一组出诊时就主动电话与报警者联系,另一组在要到达目的时与报警者联系,通过退车率、满意度来判断出诊的有效率。结果实验组中退车率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);实验组满意高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。结论通过出诊时就电话联系报警者能有效降低患者的退车率,提高患者或家属满意度。Objective To explore the role of telephone contact in pre-hospital first aid by contacting the Alarmer by telephone.Methods Pre-hospital emergency patients were randomly divided into two groups.One group contacted the alarmer by active telephone when medical staff left the hospital,the other group contacted the alarmer when they wanted to reach their destination.The effect was judged by the rate of car retreat and satisfaction.Result The rate of return in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.001).The difference was statistically signi ficant.The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.0001).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Rate of car retreat can be effectively reduced and the satisfaction of patients or their families can be improved by contacting the alarm person by telephone when medical staff left the hospital.
