Based on one-way wave theory,a new migration method of multiples reflections is proposed and studied in order to improve the imaging quality of the small-scale igneous rocks in Bohai M Oilfield. The migration method of multiples reflections uses the seismic wave field to carry out the cross-correlation imaging of multiples on the basis of one-way wave theory and seismic full-wave field information, including the primary and multiple waves. It proves that this method can improve the illumination and imaging resolution of the igneous rock and enhance the imaging efficiency and computing efficiency.Model testing and application to field data show that the migration of multiples reflections method can modify the imaging quality of volcanic channels, improve the signal-to-noise ratio and resolution of small-scale igneous rocks, and strength reflection events of the igneous rock. The application of imaging result to the fine seismic data analysis can greatly increase the interpretation accuracy. Therefore, this method provides a new way for oilfield exploration and development.
