森林康养对老年高血压患者血压及相关因素的影响

摘　　要：为了研究森林康养对老年高血压患者的血压及其相关因素的影响,探讨森林康养改善血压的机理,选择常年在市区生活的18位老年高血压志愿者(满足原发性高血压诊断明确),将志愿者随机分成2组,森林组(9名)和市区组(9名),开展为期5d的康养试验。试验结果表明,经过森林康养后,志愿者的收缩压、脉压、同型半胱氨酸、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体1显著降低(P<0.05),血管紧张Ⅱ受体2显著升高(P<0.05)。本研究首次通过森林康养证实血管紧张素Ⅱ两个受体改变血压的不同作用方式,对森林康养改善血压的作用机理做出了新的探索。The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of forest therapy on blood pressure and other related indicators of elderly hypertension,and to explore the mechanism of forest therapy to improve blood pressure.We selected 18 elderly hypertensive volunteers who lived in urban areas all the year round.They were randomly divided into two groups,forest group(9)and urban group(9).All the volunteers were conducted a five-days’therapy test.The results showed that the systolic blood pressure,pulse pressure,homocysteine and angiotensin II receptor 1 in forest group were significantly decreased after forest therapy(P<0.05),but angiotensin II receptor 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05).This study is the first time to confirm the different ways in which angiotensin II receptors alter blood pressure through forest therapy,and explored the mechanism of forest therapy on improving blood pressure.
