人类绿色命运共同体视角下的中国-东盟林业交流合作机制途径探讨

摘　　要：当今世界正在经历新一轮的大发展、大调整、大变革,随着经济全球化进程的加快,全球生态环境问题日益严峻。我国秉持大国担当意识,坚持绿色发展理念,向“一带一路”国家提出绿色发展倡议,倡导加强各国之间的生态与环境保护合作,共同构筑人类绿色命运共同体。东盟是中国“一带一路”发展战略中重要的合作伙伴,中国与东盟国家都拥有丰富的林业资源,在林业发展方面互补性强,合作潜力巨大。本文在构建人类绿色命运共同体视角下,概述中国与东盟林业交流合作的现状,提出突出绿色共识深入理解绿色命运共同体理念、树立革新意识完善林业交流合作制度、拓宽合作平台创新林业交流合作模式等主要途径。The world is undergoing a new round of rapid development and great transformation,and the global ecological environment problem is becoming serious with the accelerated speed of economical globalization.Being a great nation with responsibiligy,for jointly building up a green community of shared destiny for all mankind,China insists an ideology of green development,puts forward the the Belt and Road Initiative to neighoring countries,advocates cooperation in ecological and environment protection.ASEAN is China’s one belt,one road development strategy.China and ASEAN countries have rich forestry resources,and have strong complementarity in forestry developmen.As an important partner in China’s One Belt One Road Inititive.ASEAN countries have rich forestry resources,strong complementarity in forestry development,and have great potential for cooperation.From the perspective of building a community with a green future for human beings,this paper puts forward the main ways to highlight the green consensus,understand the concept of the community with a green future,establish a sense of innovation,improve the forestry exchange and cooperation system,broaden the cooperation platform and innovate cooperation mode.
