摘　　要：散布在城市周边的中心镇在新型城镇化发展中起着基础性作用。随着新型城镇化战略的深入推进,中心镇的特殊区位使其在区域经济社会发展中迎来了难得的发展机遇,同时也肩负着实现治理转型的任务。中心镇政府治理转型的核心是推进中心镇政府治理体系和治理能力现代化。通过完善城镇治理空间、提升经济治理能力、提高公共服务水平、创新社会治理体制,逐步实现中心镇政府治理转型。The central towns scattered around the city play a fundamental role in the development of new urbanization.With the further development of the new urbanization strategy,the special location of the central towns has ushered in a rare development opportunity in the regional economic and social development,and it also shoulders the task of realizing the governance transformation.The core of the transformation of central town government governance is to promote the modernization of central town government governance system and governance capacity.Through expanding the space of urban governance,improving the ability of economic governance,upgrading the level of public service,and innovating the social governance system,we will gradually realize the transformation of central town government governance.
