摘  要:为提高气提式污水泵的提升性能,对其布气装置进行设计和优化,并通过大管径气提泵试验平台,对不同布气孔径和进气方式的布气装置进行对比试验。试验设计了3种布气孔径和布气面积的布气头部,在不同通气量下进行清水试验。试验发现,适当增大布气头孔径和降低布气速度,有利于提高气提泵的扬水能力。进一步,对相同布气孔径和数量,不同布气方式的两种布气装置进行污水试验,结果表明,在相同条件下扬水管侧壁布气方式的扬水量和效率显著提高,最大扬水量增长率可达到25.9%~30.2%。最后,对侧壁通气方式下,改变布气孔数的两种布气装置进行对比分析,得出布气装置的设计布气速度不宜过大。In order to improve the performance of air-lifting wastewater pump,its air distribution device was designed and optimized.The air distribution devices with different air distribution apertures and air admission modes were tested on the test platform for large-diameter air-lifting pump and compared.Three kinds of air distribution heads with different apertures and different air distribution areas were designed.Their lifting water volumes were tested in clean water at different air intake volumes.It was found that increasing the apertures of the air distribution head and reducing the air distribution speed can improve the pumping capacity of the air-lifting pump.Furthermore,two kinds of air distribution devices with the same aperture and number of air holes but different air distribution modes were tested in wastewater.The results show that under the same conditions both the water pumping capacity and efficiency of the air distribution mode with apertures on the side wall of the riser were significantly improved,and the growth rate of maximum pumping capacity could reach 25.9%~30.2%.Finally,based on the air distribution mode with apertures on the side wall,two kinds of air distribution devices that change the number of air holes were compared and analyzed,and it is concluded that the design air distribution speed of the air distribution device should not be too high.
