摘 要:阀内介质压力合理分配和各级节流额定节流面积的确定,是抗气蚀串联多级节流控制阀的设计难点。以串联多级孔板为模型,本文提出一种介质压力分配方法,以高压差气蚀工况控制阀设计为实例,通过抗气蚀验算和对比分析,证明该方法可以有效抑制气蚀产生,且优于传统压力分配方法。同时,结合本文提出的各级额定节流面积的确定方法,可以精确地计算出各级额定节流面积,从而完成控制阀关键结构参数设计。The rational distribution of medium pressure in the valve cavity and the determination of the rated throttling area of each throttling stage are the design difficulties of the anti-cavitation multi-stage series control valve.With the multi-stage series orifice plates as the model,a distribution method of the cavity pressure was proposed,and a design example of a multi-stage series control for the high pressure drop condition was illustrated,through anti-cavitation calculation and comparative analysis,it was proved that the proposed distribution method can effectively suppressed cavitation and is better than the traditional distribution method.Meanwhile,a method of determining the rated throttling area was proposed,which can calculate the rated throttling area of each throttling stage accurately so that the design work of key structure parameters can be accomplished.
