摘 要:分析了船用立式高压空压机的振动机理,对空压机的运动件进行优化设计。应用不同减震器与空压机组成振动系统,对各系统的整体振动、机脚振动、机座振动以及隔振装置的隔振效果进行测试。通过对比分析和改进试验实现了空压机与隔振装置的最佳耦合。可为同类设备的后续设计选型提供参考和帮助。The vibration mechanism of marine vertical high pressure air compressor was analyzed,and the moving parts of the air compressor were optimized.The vibration system composed of different shock absorbers and air compressors was used to test the overall vibration,foot vibration and base vibration of each system and the vibration isolation effect of the vibration isolation device.The optimal coupling between the air compressor and the vibration isolation device was realized through comparative analysis and improved test.It can provide reference and help for the subsequent design and type selection of the like equipment.
