摘  要:为解决单系统风冷冰箱蒸发器结霜不均匀的问题,研究除霜加热器表面的温度分布,蒸发器结霜分布,风道最优风量以及回风道回风口设计与蒸发器内部流场分布的关系,设计出热量分布与结霜分布相一致的回风道的布置结构,使化霜时各处除霜同时完成。试验验证,改进后的结构除霜时间缩短28.6%,化霜引起的冷冻室温升降低22.5%。该研究成果丰富了冰箱的除霜设计方法,为风冷冰箱的除霜设计改善提供重要的设计参考。In order to reduce non-uniformity of frosting distribution on the evaporator of single system refrigerator,study the temperature distribution of defrosting heater surface,the evaporator frosting distribution,optimum air volume through the air duct and the relations between the structure of return air inlet and the flow field state of the evaporator,a new structure of return air inlet was designed,where the heat distribution was consistent with the evaporator frosting distribution,making defrosting of the whole evaporator was achieved at the same time.The test results show that defrosting time after improvement was shortened by 28.6%,and temperature rise in the freezer was reduced by 22.5%.The study results enriched the refrigerator evaporator defrosting methods and provide a reference for the design of refrigerator defrosting.
