摘  要:随着智能技术的快速发展,越来越多的智能装备逐渐应用于军事各个领域,智能装备的有人测试保障模式将逐渐向无人化测试变革。针对未来无人化作战和无人化智能装备的特点,从智能装备无人化保障的角度,分析了未来智能装备无人化测试技术的需求,阐述了无人化测试的技术特征与技术现状。同时,结合未来加强该技术方向研究的发展建议,提出了一种未来智能装备无人化测试的新技术手段--认知机内测试的概念,阐述了其基本原理与关键技术,为未来无人化测试技术的研究发展提供了参考。With the rapid development of intelligent technology,more and more intelligent equipments have been applied to various military fields,and the human-tested logistics support mode of the intelligent equipment will be changed to unmanned test gradually. In consideration of the characters of the unmanned combat and unmanned intelligent equipment in the future,the requirements of the unmanned test technology for the unmanned equipment are analyzed from the intelligent equipment’s unmanned logistics support point of view. And then,the characters and the current research status of the unmanned test technology are described. At the same time,combining with the research development suggestions,a novel unmanned test technology-cognitive built-in test for the unmanned intelligent equipment is put forward. At last,the basic principles and key technologies of the cognitive built-in test are introduced in detail for the reference of unmanned test technology research and development in the future.
