摘  要:针对纯电动车整车控制器(VCU)的数据测量和标定问题,设计了基于控制器局域网标定协议(CCP)的标定系统,分析了VCU的控制策略,阐述了CCP驱动等软件的实现过程。采用上位机软件CANape,通过CAN总线传输控制命令来擦写VCU控制参数,实现对控制策略的监测、分析和优化,达到调节整车性能的目的。最后,对驱动转矩进行了实车标定,结果表明,应用所设计的标定系统提高了VCU开发效率,改善了汽车各项性能。For the data measurement and calibration of the vehicle control unit(VCU) of battery electric vehicles, a calibration system based on CAN calibration protocol(CCP) is designed. The control strategy of VCU is analyzed, and the implementation process of softwares including CCP driver is expounded. By using the host computer software CANape and transmitting the command through CAN bus, the control parameters of VCU are erased and written, and the control strategy is monitored, analyzed and optimized, achieving the goal of vehicle performance adjustment. The real vehicle calibration is conducted on driving torque and the results show that the application of calibration system enhances the development efficiency of VCU and improves the performances of vehicle.
