摘　　要：坏死性软组织感染(necrotizing soft tissue infection, NSTI)是一种快速进展,威胁生命的感染性疾病,该疾病感染范围广,波及范围可从皮下深达肌层。该疾病进展早期临床表现无特异性,容易与其他非坏死性软组织感染相混淆,耽误疾病的治疗。故对坏死性软组织感染的早期认识,快速诊断是关键,同时应给予及时有效的外科干预,合理应用抗菌药物,并对术后创口积极护理及对患者的营养支持是改善其预后的有效措施。Necrotizing soft tissue infection(NSTI) is a rapidly progressing and life-threatening disease, it more commonly affects the deeper layers of muscle.The early clinical manifestations of the disease are easily confused with other non-necrotic soft tissue infections, which may delay the treatment of the disease, hence, the early awareness and rapid diagnosis of NSTI are so important, and timely and effective surgical interventions, reasonable use of antibiotics and positive care for postoperative wound as well as nutritional support are effective measures to improve the prognosis.
