摘 要:首先分析了退役软包磷酸铁锂单体电池(简称"退役电池")容量循环性能,发现容量与循环次数呈线性关系。其次,研究了退役电池循环寿命预测方法及结果,得出:电池剩余循环寿命十分可观,电池能量和容量衰减具有较高的一致性。分析了个别电池发生容量衰减突变的现象及特点。最后,利用高斯分布统计方法对电池一致性变化进行了评估。结果显示:电池容量离散程度随循环次数先减小后增加,在约500次循环的时候离散程度最小。Firstly,the capacity cycling performance of retired lithium iron phosphate batteries(referred to as "retired batteries") is analyzed.It is found that the capacity has a linear relationship with the number of cycles.Secondly,the methods and results of predicting the cycle life of retired batteries are studied.It is demonstrated that the residual cycle life of batteries is considerable,and the energy and capacity decay of batteries have a high consistency.The phenomena and characteristics of abrupt change in capacity attenuation of some individual batteries were analyzed.Finally,Gauss distribution statistical method was used to evaluate the battery consistency change.The results show that the dispersion degree of cell capacity decreases first and then increases with times of cycles,and it is the smallest when the number of cycles is about 500.
