摘  要:为加快铝空气电池的产业化,有必要对铝空气电池电解液进行深入研究。盐溶液和碱性溶液是两种最典型的铝空气电池电解液。运用自制的电解液测试装置,比较了两种典型的铝空气电池电解液(盐溶液、碱性溶液)在电化学性能、铝阳极能量密度等方面的差异;运用XRD、SEM等技术分析了两者在产物晶体结构、微观形貌等方面的差异;探究了产物AI(OH)3对铝空气电池性能的影响;探究了CO2对铝空气电池性能的影响。实验结果表明,碱性溶液适用于大功率铝空气电池;盐溶液适用于小功率铝空气电池;产物AI(OH)3对铝空气电池性能的影响较小;CO2对采用碱性电解液的铝空气电池的性能影响较大。实验为铝空气电池电解液的选择、铝空气电池系统的设计提供了有价值的参考材料。In order to speed up the industrialization of aluminium air battery,it is necessary to study deeply the electrolyte of aluminium air battery.Salt solution and alkaline solution are the most two typical electrolytes for aluminium air battery.Two typical electrolytes(salt solution and alkaline solution) of aluminium air battery were compared in electrochemical performance and energy density of aluminium anode by self-made electrolyte testing device.The differences in crystal structure and micro-morphology of the products were analyzed by XRD and SEM technology.The influence of Al(OH)3 on the performance of Al-air battery and the influence of CO2 on the performance of Al-air battery were investigated.The experimental result shows that alkaline solution is suitable for high power aluminum air batteries;salt solution is suitable for low power aluminum air batteries.When using alkaline electrolyte,the product AI(OH)3 has little influence on the performance of aluminum air batteries;however,CO2 has great influence on the performance of aluminum air batteries.This paper provides valuable reference materials for the selection of electrolyte and the design of aluminium air battery system.
