摘　　要：目的探讨胃食管反流病腹腔镜手术后无创呼吸机对低氧血症的治疗效果。方法选取2015年10月至2018年10月,新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院120例胃食管反流病腹腔镜手术后低氧血症患者进行研究。随机分为试验组和对照组,每组患者60例,对照组采用常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上加用无创呼吸机。比较2组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后血流动力学参数、呼吸参数及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者的总有效率(96.7%)明显高于对照组(78.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后试验组的平均动脉压、心率、呼吸频率、动脉血PaO2、PaCO2和pH值均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者术后均无不良反应发生。结论采用无创呼吸机辅助治疗疗效明显,可明显改善胃食管反流病腹腔镜手术后患者的低氧血症症状。Objective To investigate the effect of non-invasive ventilator on hypoxemia after laparoscopic operation for gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).Methods from October 2015 to October 2018,120 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease after laparoscopic operation were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group(n=60)and the control group(n=60).The patients in the experimental group were treated with non-invasive ventilator.The therapeutic effects,hemodynamic parameters,respiratory parameters and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results the total effective rate in the trial group(96.7%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.3%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the mean arterial pressure,heart rate,respiratory rate,arterial blood PaO2,PaCO2 and pH in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion the adjuvant treatment of non-invasive ventilator can significantly improve the symptoms of hypoxemia in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease after laparoscopic operation.
