摘　　要：本文在总结和梳理国内基层综合性文化服务中心建设理论研究与实践模式的基础上,主要介绍了陕西省铜川市王益区桃源街道光明社区以"一心多点"公共文化服务圈建设为核心的基层综合性文化服务中心服务与建设模式,指出推动基层综合性文化服务中心建设的关键在于整合机制的构建和内生资源的挖掘。On the basis of summarizing and sorting out the theoretical research and practical mode of constructing the comprehensive cultural service center at the grass-roots level in China,this paper mainly introduces the service and construction mode of grass-roots comprehensive cultural service center in Guangming Community of Wangyi District in Tongchuan City,with the"One center and multiple points"public cultural service circle construction for the core,and points out that the key to promote the construction of grass-roots comprehensive cultural service center lies in the construction of integration mechanism and the excavation of endogenous resources.
