摘　　要：本文以清代道光年间周昺潢刻印的三种书籍序言资料为依据,结合陕西凤翔藏书人李氏家族资料等,对周昺潢的生平及思想进行了研究探索。Based on the prefaces of three kinds of books printed by Zhou Binghuang during Daoguang period of the Qing Dynasty,the author makes a research and exploration on Zhou Binghuang’s life and thoughts,combining with the family data of the book collector Li of Fengxiang county in Shaanxi Province.
