摘　　要：干细胞疗法是冠心病心肌损伤研究的热门方向,骨髓间充质干细胞是因其多方面的优势成为细胞工程学理想的种子细胞。外源性干细胞移植因较多的不术后不良反应而充满不确定性,寻找合理的途径动员内源性干细胞归巢,则可以最大限度的发挥机体先天本具的自愈功能以修复受损心肌。在中医"心肾髓"理论体系的启迪下,结合干细胞与中医学"精"内涵的密切关联,通过针刺"心肾髓"相关腧穴动员内源性骨髓间充质干细胞归巢,将为中西医结合治疗心肌损伤提供崭新的思路和方法。Stem cell therapy is a hot topic of myocardial injury research in coronary artery disease. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BM-MSCs) act as ideal and key cells in cell engineering because of its unique advantages. Exogenous stem cell transplantation has uncertaint efficacy. Finding out a reasonable way to mobilize endogenous stem cell homing can promote self-healing function recovery to the maximum extent. Under the enlightenment of theory of "heart, kidney and marrow", needling acupoints associated with them can mobilize endogenous stem cell homing in combination with connotation of stem cell and "essence" in TCM. It will provide new ideas and methods for Chinese and Western Integrative Medicine to treat myocardial injury.
