摘　　要：目的研究归术益坤方联合来曲唑对耐克罗米芬多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的临床疗效。方法选取多囊卵巢综合征患者,80例均为耐克罗米芬患者,将其随机均分入观察组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组仅给予来曲唑治疗;观察组加服归术益坤方治疗。计算排卵率及妊娠率,观察两组患者的一般指标情况,检测FSH、LH、E2、T、IGF、TGF及EGFR水平。结果观察组排卵率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床一般指标指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后FSH、LH、E2、T均明显下降(P<0.05);观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组IGF-1、TGF-β及EGFR均明显下降(P<0.05),观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论归术益坤方联合来曲唑能有效促进对耐克罗米芬多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者排卵,并改善其性激素水平,治疗不孕症状。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Guizhu Yikun Decoction combined with letrozole in the treatment of clomiphene-resistant polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)infertility.Methods 80 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)diagnosed by infertility clinic in department of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was only given letrozole treatment,while the observation group was treated with Guizhu Yikun Decoction.The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were calculated.The number of mature follicles,endometrial thickness,endometrial type,cervical mucus score and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),insulin-like growth factor(IGF)and transforming growth factor(TGF)and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)were observed.Result The ovulation rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The number of mature follicles,endometrial thickness,endometrial type,cervical mucus score and serum E2 value of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).FSH,LH,E2 and T were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),while those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IGF-1,TGF-beta and EGFR in the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),while those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhu Yikun Decoction combined with letrozole can effectively promote ovulation in clomiphene-resistant infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome,improve their sex hormone levels and treat the symptoms of infertility.
