药物铺灸治疗肾虚型男性不育症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察药物铺灸治疗肾虚型不育症的临床疗效,并探讨其对精浆生化指标的影响。方法:将70例肾虚型不育患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组35例采用药物铺灸治疗,铺灸腰骶部穴区和小腹部穴区;对照组35例采用五子衍宗丸结合复方玄驹胶囊口服,2组均以4周为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程;比较2组临床疗效,并观察治疗前后精液质量及精浆生化指标的变化情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为82.8%,对照组为51.4%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者精子密度、精子活率、精子活力均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05);且治疗组上述各项指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组酸性磷酸酶、精浆锌、精浆果糖水平均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05);且治疗组精浆酸性磷酸酶明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而2组间精浆锌、精浆果糖水平差异不大(P>0.05)。结论:药物铺灸治疗肾虚型男性不育症疗效显著,能显著改善患者精液质量和精浆酸性磷酸酶指标,疗效优于复方玄驹胶囊联合五子衍宗丸治疗。Objective:To observe theclinical effect of Chinese herbal moxibustion for male infertility of kidney deficiency type, and discuss its effect onbiochemical indexes of seminal plasma. Methods: Seventy patients with male infertility of kidney deficiency type were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,35 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Chinese herbal moxibustion at points around lumbosacral portion and lower abdomen. The control group was treated with Wuzi Yanzong pills combined with compound Xuanju capsules orally. Both groups were treated for three courses,four weeks being one course. The clinical effect in the two groups were compared,and the changes of semen quality and biochemical indexes of seminal plasma before and after treatment were observed. Results: The total effective rate was 82.8% in the treatment group and 51.4% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment, sperm density, sperm viability and sperm motility in the two groups were significantly increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above indexes in the treatment group were higher than those in the control(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of acid phosphatase,seminal plasma zinc and seminal plasma fructose in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the level of acid phosphatase in the treatment group was higher than that in the control(P<0.05),and the increase of seminal plasma zinc and seminal plasma fructose showed no difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Chinese herbal moxibustion has significant therapeutic effect in treating patients with male infertilityof kidney deficiency type,and can significantly improve the semen quality and level of acid phosphatase, whose curative effect is better than compound Xuanju capsule combined with Wuzi Yanzong pills.
