综合护理联合定喘汤对支气管哮喘急性发作期患者的护理研究

摘　　要：目的:观察支气管哮喘急性发作期综合护理联合定喘汤治疗的临床效果。方法:将80例支气管哮喘急性发作患者按随机数字表法分成2组,对照组40例患者采用布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂联合常规护理治疗;观察组40例患者采用布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂联合定喘汤治疗再配合综合护理。对比2组患者治疗前后各项评分、血清因子变化及患者护理满意度。结果:2组干预后中医证候积分、呼出气一氧化氮浓度(FeNO)、哮喘控制测试评分(ACT)均改善(P<0.05),观察组干预后中医证候积分、FeNO、ACT改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组干预后白细胞介素-17 (IL-17)、血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF-BB)均改善(P<0.05)。观察组干预后IL-17、PDGF-BB优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂联合定喘汤治疗再配合综合护理用于支气管哮喘急性发作期患者中的效果较好,可有效缓解患者临床症状,减轻气道炎症,降低气道高反应性,改善气道重塑,还可提高护理满意度。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of comprehensive nursing combined with Dingchuan tang for patients suffered from acute attack of bronchial asthma. Methods:A total of 80 patients suffered from acute bronchial asthma were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with inhalation of budesonide-formoterol power combined with comprehensive care,and the observation group were additionally treated with Dingchuan tang. All scores, changes in serum factors and the nursing satisfaction were compared before and after treatment in the two groups. Results: Chinese medicine syndrome score, concentration of fractioned exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO) and score of Asthma Control Test(ACT) were improved after intervention in both groups(P<0.05). The improvement of Chinese medicine syndrome score,FeNO and ACT in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). The levels of interleukin-17(IL-17) and platelet-derived growth factor-BB(PDGF-BB) were improved after intervention in both groups(P<0.05). After intervention,levels of IL-17 and PDGF-BB in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of budesonide-formoterol inhalation combined with Dingchuan tang as well as comprehensive nursing care has significant effect in treating patients suffered from acute attack of bronchial asthma,which can effectively relieve their clinical symptoms, reduce airway inflammation and airway hyper-responsiveness, and improve airway remodeling and nursing satisfaction.
