摘  要:对移动式承压设备,将传统技术与先进传感、物联网、人工智能及大数据等新一代技术相融合,构建“智能网联移动式承压设备”,是移动式承压设备未来发展的方向和必然趋势,在其检验环节将构建“智能检验”新模式。对智能网联移动式承压设备智能检验的基本特性作了分析,并以长管拖车为例,进一步分析了智能检验的特点并与传统检验进行比对,提出了构建长管拖车“智能检验”模式的关键技术,为下一步推进相关工作提供指导。It is of great significance to construct“intelligent connection transportable pressure special equipment”,through the integration of traditional technology and advanced sensing、internet of things、artificial intelligence、big data and other new technologies.The future development direction and trend of transportable pressure special equipment is intelligent connection transportable pressure special equipment.A new mode of“intelligent inspection”will be established for intelligent connection transportable pressure special equipment.The basic characteristics of intelligent inspection for intelligent connection transportable pressure special equipment are analyzed.Taking the tube trailer as an example,the characteristics of intelligent inspection are further analyzed and compared with the traditional inspection from all aspects of the whole inspection process.The key technology of intelligent inspection of tube trailer were put forward,which would provide guidance for promoting related work.
