区域金融功能效率的差异性研究

摘　　要：在实体经济新旧动能转换背景下,扎实履行好金融服务实体经济是当务之急。本文选取2013-2018年数据,构建金融功能效率指数(FEEI),并采用泰尔指数(Theil)对我国四大区域进行分析,得出以下结论:(1)我国金融功能效率指数FFEIα、FFEIβ呈先上升后下降的倒"U"型运动轨迹,2015年达到极值。其中,东部、中部运动趋势与全国同步,西部响应滞后性较大,东北响应较为灵敏。(2)我国泰尔指数Tα、Tβ的波动均来自于四大区域内的差异Tα2、Tβ2,东部区域内各省(市)间社会融资规模相对差异较大、发展差异度相对较高。此外,服务业中实体经济成分的发展成果更具普惠性、公平性,对提升社会融资规模与实体经济间的匹配协调程度有积极作用,即"经济结构高级化"。Under the basic national conditions of the real economy"big but not strong",the top priority is to figure out what effect of Aggregate Financing to the Real Economy(AFRE),which plays the role of the function of financial allocation of resources,will have on the regional economic development.Based on the data from 2013 to 2018,this paper constructs the Financial Functional Efficiency Index(FEEI)and uses Theil index(T)to analyze the four economical regions of China.The conclusions are as follows:(1)FFEIα、FFEIβrising first and then declining,which drawing the inverted u-shape curve,reaching the maximum in 2015.Among them,the trends of the eastern and central region are synchronized with the whole country,the western region responsed lag behind,but the northeastern region responsed sensitively;(2)The fluctuations of China’s Theil index(Tα,Tβ)are all caused by the differences between the four economical regions(Tα2,Tβ2).The AFRE between provinces(or cities)in the eastern region is relatively different,and the inequity is relatively high.in addition,the real economy in the service sector should not be underestimated.
